Purpose/Mission: Community Mediation Services at the Center for Nonviolent Solutions offers mediation services to individuals and groups in Greater Worcester neighborhoods and workplaces. In most cases, these services are offered at no charge. Mediation is facilitated by trained imparatial mediators who are not parties to the dispute. The kinds of disputes that we assist with includes those among and between: family members, teens, couples, partners in businesses, employees, landlords and tenants, mercahnts and customers, neighbors, condominium members.
